Customer Perception
Customers praise the extensive selection of gluten-free items, with specific mentions of delicious and chewy donuts and cream puffs. The availability of vegan options is also a positive point.
I tried their English muffin at a restaurant and thought it was pretty good so I went to the store to see what else thay had.
Bought $84 worth of items and they were not the best.
Customer service was great! Super sweet. But way to confident in their products.
The lemon loaf tastes like corn bread. Which is fine if you want corn bread and not lemon loaf 😅.
2 donuts, one was fresh, very very greasy.
English muffins were great! They best part!
Pie was very greasy and awful at first but I put it in the air fryer and that made it taste wayyyy better.
Honestly too scared to try the breakfast sandwiches.
Wish I got their pizzas to try.
Overall: pretty bland, very very oily. Everything comes frozen and only fresh items on Saturday, but even the fresh donut I had was not the best.
Large variety! I love the bagels (breakfast sandwich I made on one) and pretzel buns. A ton of prepared frozen foods. Food allergies friendly, even outside of celiac.

Bluehumming Bird Bakery / Deby’s Bakery has truly won me over! I love their donuts and their food prep meals so much. I got a cinnamon and sugar covered donut, and it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the powdered sugar lemon-filled donut and let me tell you — it was SO good!
On top of that, I bought the chicken alfredo, the pizza, and the meatloaf with cheesy potatoes on the side, and everything was amazing. Every item was packed with flavor and tasted homemade with love.
I am beyond grateful for this wonderful family-owned bakery here in Denver, CO. It is such a blessing to have a local business serving food this good. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious donuts, comforting meals, and great quality food made with care.

The sweets like the donuts don't have good texture and are too sweet. The Glazed Cinnaroll wasay too sweet. The Apple Fritter was the best. Fold over sandwich probably what I enjoyed the most. But the Maple Doughnut flavor needs work. I like Wave the Grain far better for donuts and cake. But the people here are great and they are doing well.

I constantly forget about leaving review! The palce is great, there's so much stuff there... from breads and buns, through pies, cupcakes, and donuts, to frozen meals like breakfast bakes or quiche, gluten free pasta, flour, and other goodies.
So far, everything I tried was great, I love the Boston Cream donuts and cinnamon rolls, and I absolutely adore the cheddar and bacon bagel - you can eat it straight, without anything, it's that good.
A lot of the things are on par with gluten versions. I've been here a few times now, and of course, I will be back for more.
The staff is super friendly too :)
PS: Funnily enough, so far, I found only one dedicated gluten free bakery that would be better. It's crazy outstanding (food wins with gluten ones 100% of the time), but it's based on O'ahu, so for now, let's stay with our awesome Denver one ;)
