Small cozy place to grab a quick coffee or meal. We stepped in there for breakfast and were happy with our decision. Food was great. Sausages in particular were outstanding. Coffee and Hot Chocolate were nice. Everything is reasonably priced. Well recommended.
The food was amazing. We stayed across the street and ended up eating here multiple times during our trip. We tried around five different dishes from the menu and honestly everything was 10/10.
The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and location. Definitely one of the places we would come back to again.
So, if you were a folk singer living in London in the sixties and wanted to meet someone for breakfast you would be right at home here.. eclectic decor, great feeling and tasty food and coffee and start you day off right….friendly staff. Charming. Sorry no food pictures I was too hungry. Channel your inner Carley Simon at this place….
Divine breakfast! I can’t fault a single item on The English. Portion sizes were just right, great coffee and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. I recommend sitting outside if you have a penchant for people watching.
Had a lovely brunch with the girls here this weekend. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, nice little vibe, dog friendly. Alex was amazing - from start to finish. Also have to note how cute the cups and straws were - the attention to detail 10/10.
