First time visiting this bakery and I was seriously impressed. There’s a big selection of freshly made breads and pastries, and the pastries in particular are really unique - not the kind of things you’d usually find elsewhere in Tel Aviv. We tried a savoury bread with tomatoes and jalapeños, and a lemon and herb pastry (I think sage or thyme). Both were beautifully made and tasted fresh and high quality. The lemon pastry was a really interesting concept and tasted great when the flavours came through - some bites had an amazing burst of flavour, while others were more subtle. If it were a bit more evenly balanced, it would be perfect, but still very enjoyable overall. Also worth mentioning: they use real chocolate in their hot and iced chocolate, which makes a big difference. The iced chocolate we had wasn’t overly strong, but still really good - next time I’d probably ask for it a bit stronger. This is definitely going to be a go-to spot for me when I want a high-quality pastry and a good hot/iced chocolate without worrying about being disappointed ✨
