Lovely setting and the starters and dessert were good. However the duck was quite flavourless and the fries were just warm. Service felt rushed and we had to use our starter cutlery for our mains as well? Went for our wedding anniversary dinner and were a but underwhelmed sadly.

Dining at Francette was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. The location is simply spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine that create an unforgettable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Whether for lunch, dinner, or a sunset drink, the setting is among the most beautiful in the city. The cuisine is refined, creative, and perfectly executed. Every dish showcases high-quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and a modern interpretation of French gastronomy. The seafood selection is particularly impressive, fresh and expertly prepared. Service is professional, attentive, and polished, striking the perfect balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality. The staff make guests feel welcome while maintaining the sophisticated ambiance that defines the restaurant. What truly sets Francette apart is its unique combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and one of the most iconic views in Paris. It manages to feel both chic and relaxed, making it equally suitable for a special celebration or a memorable evening in the French capital. A remarkable Parisian experience that I would gladly repeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The view of the Eiffel Tower and the atmosphere on the boat made this a really nice place to eat. A special shout out to our waiter, Gregory, who was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We tried the tempura, which was good, but the crispy chicken with curry sauce was our favorite. We ended up ordering a second serving because we enjoyed it so much. The mussels were also very good, and the fresh guacamole was a nice starter. I wasn’t a fan of the signature duck entrecôte, but overall we had a good meal and would recommend this spot.

Overall a lovely meal, but the service needs a bit of work. ​The food itself was brilliant. The portion sizes were excellent and everything was presented beautifully. A big shout out to the kitchen—the quality was top-notch and the dishes came out really quickly. ​However, the service was a bit of a letdown. The staff were quite inattentive; I was even given a glass with a sharp, chipped edge, which was a bit dangerous. We had to ask for our drinks several times, and after requesting the dessert menu, we waited so long for someone to take our order that we eventually just gave up and left. ​The atmosphere was also a bit odd because of the music. It’s a great location and you expect a proper French vibe, but they were playing American pop music which didn’t fit the setting at all. ​Price-wise, we paid €180 for two adults and a child (no alcohol or dessert). For the quality of the food, I’d say that’s a very fair price. ​Overall, we had a positive time, but the waitstaff definitely need to be more on the ball!
