The Chef's Table experience wasn't what I hoped for, having indulged in a similar experience elsewhere. We couldn't see how the food was being prepared, we could only see the crew working in the kitchen from afar. We had the exact experience as the dining room, where the server would explain each course once he laid it on the table. Would have liked the experience to be more interactive with the kitchen.
