Beef and Mushroom Pie

Pie and mash is a traditional British working-class dish, originating in the docks of London and considered a Cockney classic. It typically consists of a minced beef pie served with mashed potato and a parsley sauce, known as liquor. Malt vinegar or non-brewed condiment are often used as accompaniments.
