Peyton Powell is an Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens. He has trained in Michelin-starred restaurants and has experience with hotel banquets and as a chef consultant for various restaurants in NYC.

Powell was born in Southern Virginia and grew up with a passion for food. He has worked under the tutelage of renowned chefs Daniel Boulud and Mario Batali. He has also cooked at the James Beard House and the Degustibus cooking school in New York City. He was involved in opening a new restaurant for the White Lodging hospitality group.
