A culinary celebration with vermouth that is life itself!
What an amazing experience! Every dish that arrived at the table was nothing short of excellent. The highlight was the טרטר – stunning seasoning with a refreshing Israeli twist of parsley and lots of lemon, which made it a true celebration in the mouth. The fish in פונזו was also experiential and very successful. Beyond the excellent food, the staff was simply wonderful, helpful and courteous. And one cannot help but mention the ורמוט – it was truly life itself, an experience you must try and remember! One point for improvement: it was very hot in the restaurant, especially during peak heat. It is highly recommended (literally and figuratively) to install more fans so that the experience will be perfect in every aspect.
