We ate here last night! We were riding up and down the street looking for where we wanted to eat and my husbands eye caught “ramen” on the sign of the outlet the store was in and suddenly we were sold.
We got shrimp tempura appetizer first. The sauce was amazing. The server was attentive and let us know that it’s normally served on top of the shrimp but offered it to be on the side and we appreciated that attention to detail. Next we got ramen. My husband did the miso base with chicken and he added extra chicken. I did the Japanese curry base with chicken. Both were FANTASTIC. The portions for the price were well in-line. I left full and happy.
I understood but was sad they were out of strawberry milk boba. But I couldn’t be upset that other people have ordered it and it ran out that day! That just meant we will have to come back❤️ no worries!
I picked this place because it had decent reviews and gave you the most add ins for the ramen. This is a standard order for $21 I ordered via DoorDash. They give you half of an egg, 3 or 4 slices of chicken, 3 green snap peas, maybe 8 leaves of spinach, etc. the ramen wasn’t bad but I don’t feel like anything was special about it. I’d say it was worth more like a $12 or $13 ramen. Noodles are generic and the broth was decent. I will be trying out a different place next time but overall I ate everything.

The ramen was incredible: rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and loaded with fresh toppings (mushrooms, chicken, spinach, bean sprouts, marinated egg, nori, green onions, and more everything I love!). Paired it with a refreshing boba drink that was the perfect cool complement. Cozy vibe, friendly service, and quick too. We’ll definitely be coming back multiple times!You won’t be disappointed! 👌🍜🧋
Tried Wood One Ramen in Hallandale Beach. The soup dumplings, while house-made, were the tiny dim sum style and just okay. Chicken ramen had decent broth but the breast meat was dry. Gyudon beef was good, but the rice was dried out and sides (dumplings, spring roll) were clearly frozen. Oddly salty broccoli, too. Pass.

Not sure how this place has good reviews, dined in paid 75 dollars and was left unsatisfied. Ramen was subpart and the chicken was the most white plain chicken I’ve ever tasted. It was really impressive actually.For 75 bucks you can spend your money somewhere else and feel way more satisfied.
My recommendation go somewhere where corners aren't cut and your boba is tossed in ice before being put in the cup if even if you order without ice.
Won’t be back won’t be recommending it to anyone.
