Visited Toyosu Market and unfortunately missed the early tuna auction, but it was still a unique experience. The place is very clean, modern, and well-organized compared to what you’d expect from a traditional fish market.
Walking around the market was fascinating, and the scale of the seafood operations is impressive. The restaurants inside serve incredibly fresh seafood—I had one of the best sushi meals here. Everything tasted high quality and authentic.
The market is spacious and easy to navigate, with clear signs and designated viewing paths for visitors. It feels very tourist-friendly while still being a real working market.
A great spot to experience Tokyo’s seafood culture. Recommend going in the morning and pairing it with nearby attractions for a full day out
