We stopped in here for a bite to eat after a long hike yesterday, and I am so glad we did. The food was absolutely incredible, hands down the nicest meal I've had out in as far back as i can remember. The standards were truly impressive.
The staff were also amazing. They seemed genuinely invested in us enjoying ourselves and our food, you could tell they also got a lot out of it and seemed very happy in their work. The fact that it was a dog friendly establishment was the cherry on top too! So nice to see.
We'll definitely be back as soon as possible!

Ate there on a Monday night with my husband. They don’t open the full restaurant on Monday and Tuesday so we ate in the bar. It was a little casual but still lovely. I had the marinated watermelon with toasted almonds, cherries and whipped cheese. It was heavenly! I picked the veg risotto for my main and it looked amazing, with wild flowers on it! It was a bit creamy so very filling for me and so only
ate half of it. I liked it but did not love it. My husband loved his chicken liver pate, and then his Italian meatballs. He had two pints of pale ale and I had a delicious ( but expensive! €16 !) glass of Prosecco and a glass of the house white( around €8) that was lovely and crisp and dry.
We gave feedback that the €16 for the Prosecco was a bit steep. And they said they would pass that back to management.
We would both go back again and dine in the main restaurant.

Three of us had dinner here last night. The ambiance in the restaurant is welcomming and offers a great atmosphere with well decorated classic good quality furniture. However, the food were disapointing. The selection is very limited and for the price we paid, we expected better quality. Overall very overpriced.

Included the automatic service charge which is very cheeky-you aren't going to be that one person in a restaurant who declines to pay it, even though you claim it's discretionary.
Service wasn't great , repeatedly had to try and get the servers attention.
Kids meal-we were never offered the juice which was included in the price.
Much too overpriced for the service provided
€8.43 for a pint of Heineken when you add in the service charge.

We had lunch with 7 adults and 3 kids in The Coach House. It is the nicest lunch I have had in a long time. The food was so delicious. We all struggled on what to order as everything sounded so good. Service was super and all the team were so friendly. We will definitely be back.
