Had lunch here before the Queens Cup polo. Lovely place, spacious and open. We sat outside and had our champagne and wine. The lamb was brilliant in every way, so was the salmon and all the sides. The cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding were also delish - balanced betwen bitter and sweet. The only drawback of this place was the service, which felt a bit intrusive and tried too hard to upsell. I counted no less than six times to the us for refills, reorder and checkbacks. A bit too much when you want to have a catchup and have a conversation. Smart service can read the table. The amateurish waiters couldnt, despite their smart looking suits. It was also awkward when one of our guests just wanted to order ala carte, and the waitress seems to be insistent for her to have the set three course menu and didnt know whether she can only have two. Felt like managament has an agenda to squeeze guests to spend. I was tempted to forgo the undeserved l, discretionary service charge. Other than this let down by the front, The Barn is a lovely venue for a spot of weekend lunch.
Everything was a solid 10/10.
The service was just as great the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love it! First time in The Barn and Coworth Park. We were supposed to book The Woven but unfortunately it’s closed every Monday and Tuesday so we went to celebrate our evening with The Barn instead. They did not disappoint and delivered an amazing evening for us. From the greetings from the staff until we departed was flawless. The staff are very professional and friendly but not intrusive. They made us feel welcome and helps us and guided us with the menu and little bit info about the place. Chris the assistant manager was the star of our evening! He provided a 10/10 service with grace and style. He suggested some dishes and stories behind it and always there when needed. All the staff are well groomed and trained properly which translates how the place thrives beautifully like this. Coworth Park did very well! The set the bar high in terms of quality of food, atmosphere and service. Quite rare to find all of those qualities in one. I definitely 100% recommend this and will be back again soon! An experience worth visiting! Thank you Chris, Chef and the rest of the staff!

From the moment that we walked in we were greeted by an amazing staff member Bertie who gave us a an exceptional service, greeted us with a warm welcome and was there hands-on to make my dad’s birthday so special. Throughout the whole time it was a service that stood out the most to us not only is it a beautiful restaurant but if it hasn’t got good service I wouldn’t be coming back. I want to say thank you to the management team for the champagne, My dad loved it so much we had to get another bottle. Bertie offered us a buggy ride back to move our car was just an added bonus. We had a lovely staff member called William To drive us back to our car and he offered to give us a tour around the estate grounds. He was so professional and went the extra mile for us giving a personalised touch which created more memories for us that will last. It’s truly the people why I will be coming back, even visiting the mansion the staff members there was so friendly and inviting.
We are planning our next visit, my family can’t stop talking about it.
