The food was great. Eat sirloin stake with baked potatoes it was done as specified. They add pepper to the stake so it might be a little spicy for some. Place was full and loud to loud for my liking. I enjoy eating with family with no screaming from the employees. But the good food always sends me back.
The place is spectacular and the location is excellent. From the moment you arrive, the service is outstanding. I have visited three times with my family, and on each occasion Valeria and Angelymar provided exceptional service, efficient, attentive, and with excellent guidance and recommendations. I also love the complimentary bread. Every dish we tried was outstanding, especially the meat selections. The cocktails were also excellent and thoroughly enjoyed. I recomend the mojito. This restaurant is highly recommended, for my part and we look forward to returning to try the desserts.
I managed to survive all three waiting areas, a gauntlet clearly designed to ensure you're hungry enough to find the warm bread heavenly. The Cactus Blossom is so addictive it should probably come with a support group, and that Herb Crusted chicken was juicier than office gossip. The burgers and pulled pork are pure carnivorous poetry, though the Mac & Cheese is so bland it’s basically a cry for help in pasta form. The real highlight is the staff uniforms claiming they "love their job"; it’s a sarcasm so refined I almost wept with joy while they performed line dances with an energy that screams "please send help." If you manage to park before the lot collapses like my patience and avoid eye contact during the dance numbers, you'll eat like royalty. I’d toss them a full five stars the second they stop the staff from dancing for their lives and fix the waiting-room nightmare; those uniforms are the only thing more fake than my smile during the line dance.
This place is one of those you want to go when you want to eat a good piece of meat but without being overpriced. And the amount is really big so, is really worthy to go there. My family and I love to go and we do frequently.
The atmosphere is good, but they must prepare the cosina staff better so that they can sew the cuts at the end that the clients request during my visit, I had to return the food due to bad cosion in the cuts and on one of the occasions the general manager came to make sure that the cut arrived well and the same, when he saw when he cut in the center, asked me to return it since the term was not correct, they just have to prepare the cosina staff well so that this kind of thing does not happen. And customers are happy with their experience at this place in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
