Our recent stay at Taj Holiday Village was truly wonderful, and the service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
As we are expecting, the team was especially thoughtful and considerate. They regularly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and asked if we had any specific needs or requirements. That level of care and attention made our stay even more special and memorable.
A special thank you to Bosco, who went above and beyond to make sure we were having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His warmth and attention to detail really stood out.
We would also like to sincerely thank Zara, Andrea and her team for planning such a lovely birthday surprise for us. It was beautifully done and such a thoughtful gesture. They were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, and it was the wonderful people who truly made our experience at Taj Holiday village so memorable. We left feeling very well taken care of and would happily recommend Taj Holiday village to anyone looking for a stay where genuine Indian hospitality and outstanding service come together. ❤️
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I booked the highest category Room (Goan Villa suit). The checkin was 2pm. And we were at the hotel at 2pm with my todler. They made us wait till 4.15pm before offering us the room, but when we reached the room it was still not ready and still getting cleaned. Our luggage did not reach the room and I had to go to the reception again to get the luggage. Finally the room was ready with the luggage at 5pm. My baby was so displaced.
Post that we went to the Cafe to have a snack and my baby was served a rotten coconut water, highly dangerous.
Next day at breakfast it took them an hour to serve us food.
When I asked for the manager, they sent a guest experience manager (zara) who gave us all the false promises to give us the best service, which was far from the truth.
The only person who put any effort to make our experience better was Samuel to serve our todler food on time.
CHOOSE A BETTER HOTEL.

The staff were so sweet and exceptional Saurabh from the concierge was really helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay and exploration of Goa was amazing.
Manthan from the service desk was very jovial and funny he brings the happy spark with him.
The food was pretty good too love the Banyan Tree restaurant they had really good Thai food there. 10/10 would definitely recommend them.
Now for the cons the room was not well maintained at all and for a 5 star hotel I would expect much more. While the room looked nice it was not well maintained. I have attached some pictures so you can see what I am talking about. The tub did not look appealing as the mat they had in there looked gross, the shower cube also did not look good.
That was my only issue so please do not discount all the other positives for this resort. It is well worth staying here.

The location is unbeatable. Set right on Candolim beach with private access, you can step out of the resort straight onto the sand — no crowded public entry points, no hassle. Waking up to that kind of quiet, exclusive beach access is a luxury in itself, and it instantly sets the tone for the whole stay.
The food was exceptional across the board. Every meal felt thoughtfully put together, with a great variety of Goan and international options, all beautifully executed. The cocktails deserve a special mention too — inventive, well-balanced, and perfect for sipping as the sun goes down over the Arabian Sea.
What really stood out, both this time and on our first visit, was the service. It was impeccable from start to finish — the staff were warm, attentive, and anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive. That level of consistency across two stays says a lot about how well the property is run.
The grounds themselves are beautiful too — lush, tranquil, and spread out just enough that it never feels crowded, even with the resort being popular.
Two stays in, and Taj Holiday Village has firmly established itself as our favorite place to stay in Goa. We’ll absolutely be back for a third visit. Highly, highly recommend.

Food is unbeatable across all the outlets.
Therr is a lot to keep kids busy.
Pool is beautiful.
Housekeeping staff was wonderful, I had this gentlemen Mr.Tousif who allways left my bed subtly decorative.
