This was my first time coming. I do understand Friday afternoons maybe busy. However, tables were dirty and customers had to clean them by themselves. Garbage bins were overflowing. Our food order took 38 minutes to receive for only two of us. And it was a simple order. The cocktail was without ice and basically room temperature and for that way overpriced.
My favorite burger place in Israel- it’s exactly like America! Delicious burgers and fries, the best soft drinks and ice cream, great vibes (clean and relaxing), and the food and service is always consistent. Happy they are open on Saturdays!
this might be the worst shake shack branch in the entire world. a crowd of unsatisfied customers wait in line to ask for a refund, since they haven’t received their meal for more than 40 minutes, which is diabolical, since this is a “fast food” place. the workers are heavily overworked, therefore the place is very greasy and non clean. one of the biggest disappointments so far. i received my order 40 minutes later, and the shake was watery molten
The food was nice, I personally don't like when burger buns are soft and all shake shack buns are very soft. Other than that the patties are small but have good taste, the drinks are great (I liked the lemonade and cold tea), and the fries are a 10/10. easily the best item on the menu. What does bother me are the prices for the amount you get, and that the place is freezing inside.
I like that the ketchup and mayo are not kept in bags so you can however much you like.
Great juicy burgers, fresh vegetables and a very tasty soft bun.
The double cheeseburger portion is a good size in my opinion.
The venue is very clean and there’s free to play retro arcade machines upstairs.
Prices could be a bit lower but the quality you get is worth it compared to McDonalds.
