The worst nightmare... I know that its McDonald's and its not supposed to be wow ... but there is a limit.. I have never seen such garbage... its so much dirty, food everywhere on the ground and table,no one to empty the garbages or to clean. I asked someone to clean at least out table, no one came, I asked the product to do it myself, ok no problem, they let me do it. Then of course our order never came, after 30 mn I asked dor a refund, they forgot out food and considering how dirty it is, I felt lucky. I just hope I ll really get my money back... the restaurant should be closed, no one is using gloves, there must be rats in the kitchen...
Overall a great little McDonalds. Was a bit shocked that they charged an extra 5 nis "table fee" to sit, which seemed a bit rude, and we were only given 3 ketchup packets at a time each time we asked, even though we ordered nuggets and fries. Seems a bit stingy
The place was pretty nasty my shoes were sticking to the floor and I was regretful about not taking my food to go. The employees pretend to where masks like many places in israel. So far it was okay but they really need to do a better job on cleaning.
It's good to see a McDonald's in Jerusalem especially when travelling with kids who do not live in Israel. Also, I feel when you travel you have to at least try McDonald's in another country. The issue with this McDonald's is the parking isn't free. It is also somewhat small inside but, according to the kids, it tasted better than McDonald's in London so that is a plus. Nonetheless, I don't eat McDonald's, very unhealthy and why would I want to eat McDonald's when i'm in Israel? there are far better alternatives with fresh/healthy organic produce everywhere you go.
