My wife and i’s second time coming here. We love it. We are treated like royalty by ALL the staff which is not common in other higher end resorts. Atmosphere is breathtaking, snorkelling is great and definitely the right resort to go to if you appreciate fine dining and being pampered.

The beach is beautifully maintained, and the resort staff are beyond amazing. Everyone who works here is professional, kind, and responsive. We truly can’t wait to come back.
There is some construction next door, but that is obviously beyond the resort’s control, and it did not affect the beach or our overall experience at all.
When you arrive, you’re greeted by a stunning 500-year-old door. You’ll notice similarly beautiful finishes throughout the resort, including the furniture and architectural details.
The rooms are outstanding, and the entire property feels peaceful and luxurious. We also noticed several marriage proposals taking place during our stay, which speaks to just how romantic and beautiful this resort is.

I had my 55th birthday dinner here and the food was AHMAZING. I had the Fruits de Mer. The fish didn't have any seasoning as they want to capture the essence of the fish. The live music was good. My only complaint is they dont do free birthday cake, you have to purchase before the dessert which the desserts were sub-par in comparison to the food and drinks. We had the Pornstar cocktail

I visited the cabana on Sunday & on Tuesday. My experience on Sunday was exceptional and it was the reason I rebooked for Tuesday.
March 24, 2026.
Initially I made my reservation for Monday and that was a mistake on my part, I reached out to the property and they were happy to move my reservation to Tuesday.
I visited the beach front cabana on Tuesday as planned. I arrived at 10:40 am and the experience on this day was much different from my first experience on Sunday. When I selected my seating area I placed my things down to unwind and within about ten minutes a tall white gentleman asked me if he could take one the lounge chairs because I only paid for one. I said okay, I wasn’t sure why he took this specific chair when there were other cabanas with empty seats. He stated he was giving the chair to another sister with 3 guests. That was really not pleasant and it made my experience worse. ESPECIALLY because the chairs had been positioned there for so long and once he moved the single chair my lounge chair started to lean awkwardly into the sand. After that was done a woman came to give me drinking water around 11:00am. I kept waiting for someone to offer me a menu because my first visit I was offered an alcoholic beverage before I put my things down. I looked around and a majority of guests only had water, was there no bartender? I don’t understand why we needed to wait so long for drinks especially when the bulk of us were already waiting for the kitchen to open at noon. It was very disappointing the level of service for this day compared to Sunday. I was very excited to return especially because the drinks and food were so amazing! After waiting another 15 minutes and still no service for me or anyone else for that matter. I decided to go back to the Marriott. I requested a taxi with the front and the concierge drove me back to my hotel.
I hated to end my vacation this way. I would love to return to this hotel and the beach cabana again one day but not until they properly train their staff properly on what customer service truly is. I will never forget the way I was treated. Thank you
