We had a fantastic evening at this lively, vibrant restaurant! Seated immediately upon arrival, our server Cory was prompt, attentive, and delightful. The Date Night menu was a highlight—rich Salon Rillette with hot Bing bread, perfectly cooked Denver steak and prawns surf & turf, and a decadent chocolate mousse to finish. The energetic music adds great atmosphere, though a few decibels lower would help conversation. Floor managers checked in, making us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend—excellent overall!
What an absolute gem in La Jolla! The atmosphere was incredible. The service was impeccable. I got the filet, my boyfriend got the steak frites, both were so delicious. And make sure to not skip the tableside chocolate mousse for dessert! Truly tastes straight out of Paris. The interior is such a vibe and it’s a great place to just get a drink as well!

First-time dining experience for us here. Think we were extremely fortunate to have found parking on the street almost in front of the restaurant. There is also parking at the restaurant. We had 8:30pm reservations but still had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant and bar were completely packed. The interior is very nicely decorated and there are both booths and tables. The music volume was turned up pretty high for our tastes but the music selection was nice. Between the music volume and the number of people, the noise level was pretty high. Our server seemed to be overwhelmed which was probably complicated by bar and kitchen throughput issues. We think the number of people had overtaxed the capacity of both the kitchen and bar. It took almost 20 minutes to get our first appetizer and drinks (wine and scotch) came after that. We ordered everything at the same time. The food was incredibly delicious and nicely presented. We had the hamachi crudo, celery salad, mussels à la Paris, chicken liver mousse, Australian Wagyu New York (medium), caulilini and pommes puree. All were delectable.

We went for the tuna, cutting and tasting. The tuna courses were really good.
But for some reason, the dishes from their usual menu I’m not sure what’s going on there but they did not taste that great. Definitely a disappointment.
Unfortunately, I think the tuna tasting is only through the summer so I think it’s worth it to get that.

Had a FANTABULOUS girls’ night here. We came on a Sunday, and it was pretty low-key, but we heard that Fridays and Saturdays can be overly exciting. Will have to come back and give it another try when we’re in town.
Dinner was DELISH and Caleb was the best server! We had a friend that didn’t drink, but he brought her a very small glass of light champagne for her to sip on.
After dinner, we moved over to the bar for some cocktails and closed the place down.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant; food and cocktails were really good. The severs, bust boy, bartender and hosts were also very nice.
