I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of customer service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding, but a few individuals made my stay particularly memorable. Sèvval went above and beyond in every interaction—her attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made my birthday incredibly special. She is truly amazing at what she does and a real asset to the hotel. Ebru was equally wonderful—such a bright and uplifting presence. Her kindness and energy added so much joy to my stay, and she made every moment feel effortless and enjoyable. There was also a gentle man who helped plan my birthday, I can’t remember his name but he did such an amazing job liaising with my boyfriend. I also had a fantastic dining experience at Fredi Baba Restaurant, where Joseph provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, engaging, and genuinely made the evening unforgettable. The conversation, atmosphere, and overall experience were elevated because of him. Overall, this was more than just a luxury stay—it was a truly personal and memorable experience. The team’s dedication to creating special moments for their guests is evident in every detail. I will absolutely be returning.

Every smile and every helping hand made our holiday feel so special. Our room was absolutely perfect – elegant, comfortable, and spotless. Honestly, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. We couldn’t have wished for more. If we had one tiny suggestion, it would be to add mosquito nets to the windows. On those beautiful Bodrum nights, it would be lovely to fall asleep with the breeze coming in, without worrying about mosquitoes. Thank you again for making us feel like family. Totally incredible property. One of the finest resort hotels we have ever seen. Ruvyda our host was wet special. She made everything so smooth and luxurious. We were lucky to have her helping us.

We are currently staying at the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum and have had an amazing experience so far. The resort is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and it's the perfect destination for families. The Kids Club is absolutely wonderful,our little ones are having the best time every day! A special thank you to Gozde, Zeynep, and Gulengul for their kindness, energy, and genuine care. They keep the children entertained with fun activities and make them feel happy, safe, and welcome. We are truly enjoying our stay and would highly recommend this resort to any family visiting Bodrum!
