Food is fresh & amazing & that what matters more.
*Best garlic nan. Soft, full of garlic & butter.
*The quantity of Biriyani is great. Full of masala, not dry at all. Comes with green raita- tastes good.
*Chicken hara masala is unique, boneless felt lil overpriced but tastes good.
I asked for onions and they served it. Service was quick. 10% gratuity will be added.
Been coming here for years. It’s always the same…Fantastic! The fried chicken is the best. I’d also recommend the Sandy Steak Tikka. It’s the best steak you’ll ever have. And get a mint lemonade or a Masala Soda.
Lmao all “western” people here complaining about bad service on google 3.5/5 rating, while this restaurant has absolutely delicious food and appropriate service for an asian/indian restaurant. Cool owner. I guess that’s why I prefer Beli over google maps nowadays
As someone who just came back from India:
Everything here was delicious and rel authentic. Mango lassi top notch. garlic naan, papadams, biryani and i found my new favorite indian curry in Houston!
Portion are HUGE
Amazing food, favorably compares to Aga's, has been my favorite restaurant in Houston. Ambience is grimy, please be prepared for it. But the food is best. The owner made recommendations, and all of them were great.
We ordered Chicken boti kebab, Hara chicken, Chicken Achari, mutton masala, goat biriyani and chapli kebab, amazing. Biriyani is a very generous portion, plan accordingly.
Some of the negative reviews were concerning, thanks to my local friends recommendations, we still went there. I'm glad we did. We will visit here again.
Delicious, hospitable and just an awesome experience start to finish. The owner takes pride in his business and you can tell his whole heart is on his sleeve. It was so clear that he loves and values his staff. He came up to us to take drink orders as we arrived and joked with my mom about putting some cannabis in the chai. He was hilarious and very warm. He took our orders and he showered us with free sweets and samosa add ons as we left. What an amazing meal!! Would reorder garlic naan, frontier style goat and the dal palak. As a chef, I see the work that went into the meal we had and it was well worth every bit.
