We had dinner at Five Olives last night and it completely exceeded my expectations.
The food was outstanding. The cold cuts starter was incredible and one of the highlights of the meal. Everything tasted genuinely authentic, and you can tell they really care about the quality of the ingredients. The menu has a fantastic selection too, with plenty of pasta dishes, pizzas and mains, so there’s something for everyone.
We booked for 5pm, which was perfect, but by around 6pm the restaurant had filled up, so I’d definitely recommend booking ahead.
The staff were also brilliant. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
An easy five stars from me. Authentic Italian food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.
Five Olives definitely is a must visit in Phuket. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the staff surprised him with an adorable birthday song! Attentive service and delicious food. Their signature truffle stracciatella prosciutto pizza is *chefs kiss*
Visited today and the restaurant was very quiet, which gave us a chance to enjoy a different side of the place — open, airy, and very relaxing. There were only three olive trees, though, so I expected to see a bit more of that signature touch.
We came as a group of five and ordered quite a variety of dishes (you can check them out on the menu). Everything was genuinely delicious. The pizza was incredibly soft and fluffy — one of them came with chili oil and honey for dipping, which was surprisingly amazing together. Another pizza we tried was their signature, and it was just as good.
The complimentary bread served as an appetizer was also very tasty. The tomato bruschetta was especially refreshing and flavorful.
I also really liked the Spaghetti Vongole and the Napoli — both were excellent.
Overall, the food was truly delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended!
Great Italian restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The pizza and pasta was so good, and the drinks so refresh and delicious. Really enjoyed my meal here and would highly recommend it! 😋💖
I was very impressed with my first visit. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and most importantly, the staff were all incredibly lovely, friendly, and attentive. This is definitely an Italian restaurant I highly recommend ^^
