The menu was very unique. The ambiance is excellent cause the place is so beautiful, especially during the monsoon season with the rainwater trickling down the windows.
Mocha espresso ☕️- very mediocre

Croque monsieur 🥪- creamy and buttery
Signature Bianca Pizza 🍕- unique
The staff is very polite and helpful.
I'm deducting one star cause the espresso was just warm and didn't taste of chocolate at all. However the hot chocolate was mindblowing and so was the sandwich.
It seems that a few people come here exclusively for taking pictures only and not the food 😂 They spent 90% of their time just taking pics and then just left.
Visited FIORI during a recent trip to Lonavala, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our outing.
The restaurant has a beautiful ambience with a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, and the overall vibe is both elegant and welcoming. The place has a premium feel without being overly formal. Its ambience and overall dining experience are truly worth appreciating.
The food was well prepared, fresh, and nicely presented. While the menu is on the expensive side, I felt that the pricing reflects more than just the food itself. You're also paying for the overall experience, the carefully curated ambience, the popularity of the place, and the fact that it continues to attract a large crowd despite being located away from the city. As a complete dining experience, it felt worth it.
The service was attentive and courteous despite the restaurant being quite busy.
One thing future visitor should keep in mind is that the restaurant is popular and can get packed, especially on weekends and holidays. We noticed a steady crowd throughout our visit, so I would strongly recommend reaching early if you want to avoid waiting and enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall, a wonderful place to visit if you're in Lonavala and looking for good food, great coffee, and a memorable dining experience. 😊🍕☕🌿
One of those places that you see on your feed and think of trying out but definitely not worth the hype.
Definitely on my list of big name poor service cafe, in sort never stepping in this place again.
Worst mistake drove with a newborn still was asked to wait outside in rain for 20 minutes plus then they offered us a table with only two chairs we had to see our self's where to seat how to acquire a chair for the baby's car seat.
Then it took them 45 minutes to serve us one pizza, one not so hot cappuccino with opened empty sugar sachet's, we received our tiramisu literally at the same item while we reached at the desk to cancel it and self clear our bill.
We were oddly 3 hours at this place and could only get 3 items, coffee-pizza-tiramisu were all these orders needed at least 3 to 4 reminder's so definitely not kids friendly.
Definitely not going to lie and say the food wasn't great, as it was fantastic given they have super restricted food options and do have entirely vegetarian menu they served the best mushroom pizza and tiramisu additionally presentation of the tiramisu was also very impressive but not worth the travel wait and service.
The ambience is good. The food is good, little pricey but good to experience the vibe. Pesto pizza was average but the aglio olio was good. If you’re in Lonavala give it a shot. The tiramisu seems good, I dint order but saw it on other tables😅
Visited this café during the rainy season, and the ambience was definitely the highlight. The cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax.
The food was good overall, but I’ve had better at other cafés in Pune. I tried the pizza, which was delicious with a well-balanced flavor. The aglio olio noodles, however, were average and could have been more flavorful.
Just for your information, if you’re traveling from far away, keep in mind that they don’t accept reservations. You may have to wait in a queue before getting a table.
Overall, it’s a nice place to visit for the ambience, especially during the monsoon, with decent food and a pleasant dining experience.
