I have been reviewing customer service and food lately, today was waitress was Teresa W. With the inclement weather only 2 waitress were on site today. With only 2 waitress you would of never known that with the service we recieved. Bartender/Waitress service was nothing short of excellent! Our meal was a prime rib French onion dip sandwich and we chose a Ceasar salad for a side. I actually never had one of these sandwiches but I definitely will be enjoying this again. The abundance of meat and the size of salad was more than enough. Neither myself or husband could finish our meals. So definitely head on out and ask for Teresa and indulge in the delicious dishes!
I sat at the bar and the bar tender was busy for a Sunday night. I ordered a 10 oz sirloin medium rare. It came out medium to medium well. It was maybe a 1/2 thick. Granted, prob hard to make a thin steak medium rare. I let the bartender know and I asked to get another one cooked rare. The manager brought it out and I cut into it and it was better but not a warm red center as the menu state that a rare steak should be. I was not going to send it back again. I did not want something to happen to it. I think their steaks should be a bit thicker. I am guessing that they pre cook their steaks to make it faster. I would rather wait for a steak that is cooked to order than a pre cooked steak cooked to medium. Not sure I will go back for a steak.
I had written a good review previously. However tonight was single handedly the WORST steak I have ever had. I ordered a New York strip and was given a ribeye...a disgusting piece full of fat. My blooming onion was almost wet, it was so soggy and mushy. The French fries were also a soggy mess. I would suggest not ordering to go. It's a a complete waste of money.
Had an incredibly over done couple of "rare" steaks. Super disappointed. Really wanted a really good steak this evening and got two over done, tough steaks. The picture with the potato is a prime rib. We also got chicken strips which were also overdone.
