I totally regret ordering a wagyu burger...this restaurant makes the very best pizza! I was jealous when my son's pizza was served. Wonderful roasted vegetables on a beautiful, perfectly done crust. My crispy fries were served in a cute basket making it easy to share. My burger was just so-so but I still give the restaurant 5 stars. Quiet spot, not too upscale, very comfortable.
The new location is great and the Pizza is amazing as always. I especially like the ones with the border fill of mozzarella. The deserts are also very good. The staff is very polite.
Carpe Diem has become a weekly destination for my friends and me, thanks to their impressive use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. I always make sure to ask for Ricotta cheese on the pizza crust, which has become a personal favorite. The staff members at Carpe Diem are friendly, helpful, and able to communicate effectively in English. All of these factors combine to make Carpe Diem a fantastic spot for enjoying delicious pizza in the company of good friends.
