Waitress sat us at a dirty table didn’t come back to wipe it so we moved. Food arrived waitress served another table we had to calll her over as a dish missing, tastes ok this time, apart from missing garlic bread. Staff never return to see if all ok. Don’t know why we keep giving this place a chance apart from its local with easy parking.
Can't fault it to be honest. I come here quite regularly for the £5 weekday menu and I've never been let down. The burger is really good, all the other dishes I've had have been bang on. Always piping hot.
Friendly, and attentive staff.
Miles better than similar offerings with day time deals on. The full price menu looks good too, with massive portions.

The service was very slow. It looked to be short staffed. But it was just painfully slow. And or such a large place, it seemed quite empty, which made the waiting 10x worse.
Car parking signs all very contradicting each other. Some say one thing and a different one, another thing.
They don't have an app or order though like most pub/food chains...this is my preferred method, because I can take my time and pay and browse the menu all in one place... But ofc I don't need to stand and wait for ages...
The choice was decent and the food came relatively quickly. Was tasty too.
I would come back again, to try breakfast, but probably not main menu again.
Excellent place to come. Friendly staff and good value. Maybe in previous years the service may have been average as was the food. However I can honestly say the service and food was really good, things have definitely improved a lot. No complaints.
The service at this place was terrible, the man behind the bar however was friendly but the woman on front of staff today was absolutely diabolical.
She was rude, not using polite mannerisms and not even wiping tables once guests had finished at their table, not even the courtesy of saying excuse me when barging past people.
I ordered nachos as a starter where the nachos were stale and more chewy than crunchie, clearly no one knows how to seal a packet at this place.
The place is very understaffed as there was only 1 front of house member running food.
If you want cutlery you have to rob it from other tables as cutlery wasn’t being replaced.
My colleague didn’t receive his food until I had already finished mine, which isn’t ideal especially after a long day of work and travel.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place especially if you’re staying here for work after a long day.
