Please do NOT book with this bazar. My dad booked them over a year ago, and just last week they suddenly called to claim that the City of Garland “isn’t allowing them to host events anymore.” when the party is schedule for March 7th! That is completely false. This is just an excuse so they can kick out the salons and bring in more vendors for their own benefit. On top of that, they had the nerve to demand an extra $2,800 to move the event to another salon—after already taking our booking. The manager/owner didn’t even want to deal with the issue and told his employee it was “a problem for tomorrow” and that he didn’t want to be bothered. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and shady. Save yourself the stress and do not support this business.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this bazaar. We booked Salon “G” at the beginning of last year for my sister’s Sweet 16 scheduled for next month. We made the down payment early and paid everything off on time, thinking everything was secured for her special day. Only a month before the event, we received a call from the office telling us that the “City of Garland” no longer allows them to use the reception halls for parties. Which was a complete lie. They offered to either change the event date or receive a refund. Our main concern is why they waited until a month before the party to inform us. Events like Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, and weddings take many months, sometimes over a year, to plan. Finding a new venue on such short notice is extremely stressful and unfair. On top of that, the office staff showed very little concern for the situation, and the owner of the bazaar didn’t seem interested in speaking with us or helping resolve the issue. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the inconvenience caused to their clients. Thankfully, we did receive our full refund, but the stress and inconvenience this caused cannot be undone. Customer service and communication were very disappointing, and because of this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone planning an important event. Just an fyi, they deleted my review. There I am posting it again.
