The worst service I’ve ever experienced in a business lounge anywhere in the world.
Most of the food stations were completely empty. There were no salads, the hot dishes had run out, there was no bread, and there were no desserts. Cutlery (forks and spoons) was also missing, and it could take up to 30 minutes for the staff to replenish it.
Even the Coca-Cola dispenser had run out of Coca-Cola, and no one bothered to refill it until passengers started complaining.
The only positive thing is that the lounge is quite spacious, so it’s easy to find a seat. Other than that, don’t expect decent service or a good selection of food and drinks. This is by far the worst business lounge I’ve ever visited.
This is a nice lounge, pretty much in-line with most international airports. The food selection is okay, and includes a hot breakfast (scrambled eggs & toast) for those who want it. The bar has everything one would expect, and the rest of the snacks and drinks on offer are good - even the machine coffee/espresso. The staff is friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the seating was sufficient and comfortable. All good 3.5 stars!
Huge, spacious and very modern lounge.
The atmosphere is very nice but the food:

Totally overcooked pasta, a bit of cheap pastry and three different kind of cold starters to choose from. That’s it.
A lot of potential for improvement in my opinion!
This is the terminal one VIP area! I don’t know how much you pay to enter, but as you can see looking to the pictures, there are not many food options. My suggestion, add: ham, cheese, bacon, cream cheese, and other things to make it worth it.
The space is nice and clean. The buffet is replenished all the time, but it has same snacks all day long and few options, mini sandwiches and cookies.
But overall is good.
