Disappointing experience despite the nice ambience and city view. The starter and main course arrived within two minutes of each other with no proper course separation. Far more concerning: we ordered coffee at the end and found an insect inside the cup (BUBAFSHAV e cila rrine ne vende te nxehta siq eshte aparati i kafes) (photos attached). Hygiene standards like this are unacceptable for any food establishment. Cannot recommend until these issues are seriously addressed.

We had an amazing experience here! The food was amazing, and very cheap for the quality of the restaurant. The best part of it was the views - even though it was a foggy day, the lookout over the city as amazing. The staff were very kind and accommodating. We were very impressed!

The Speca të mushta were so delicious and the bread that came with it was PERFECTION. The pizza proshut also was great. The steak was a little unsalted, which in my opinion was a good things because I added salt to it but my grandmother ate it like that because of her blood pressure

Really lovely views of Gjakova from the restaurant. Good menu available in English too. The waiter made a mistake with my order but rectified it with a smile and an apology. Food was pretty good and prices competitive. Cash or cards for payment. WCs, smoking area. Good experience.

One of the best restaurants in town. When you are in Gjakova, make sure to visit Çabrati Hill and enjoy your meal at Oxygen with a panoramic view over the city. A very friendly staff, a good environment, especially the garden area, a great terrace with the view over the city, and very delicious food (I recommend Llokuma or Omelette for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch/dinner - I love them!). Enjoy it ✨️
