I had an amazing experience at Alkimia by Jordi Vilà. Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully balanced, and full of rich, memorable flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality, with creative combinations and elegant presentation. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back.
Alkimia is one of those places a love to come back when I am in barcelona.

Really interesting menu, this was an experience to try! This was my first time at a Michelin restaurant like this. My favorites were the first and last courses. The tuna and croquette were amazing, and I liked that all of the desserts were pleasantly not too sweet. I'll say the pig's ear wasn't for me, but was interesting to try.
Amazing tasting menu and wine pairing. I would highly recommend the wine pairing unless you are opening some interesting bottles. They really did excel with their pairing. We experienced a great service. The atmosphere is laid back for such a fancy restaurant. Worth to take a sneak peak at their private dinning room, its beautiful.
We stumbled upon this gem during a trip to Barcelona. The restaurant has a very subtle entrance, making you feel like you are entering a speakeasy. Between the two of us, I am a pescatarian with a few allergies. The kitchen not only met my needs, they gave me absolutely delicious items. The courses are an art for the eyes as well as a fusion of several layers of flavors with each bite. Highly recommend for a romantic dinner or just for those who appreciate quality atmosphere and incredibly flavorful food. And, the chef’s music playlist was on point for two children of the 80’s.
