Superb Hotel, all round. From the moment I walked into reception I knew that I would be well looked after. The bedroom was so neatly arranged and clean, expertly designed. The dining decor is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and like royalty, they were highly attentive. We came for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and honestly wished I could stay longer! Shabbat meals was my absolute highlight. The spread was so lavish and by far the most delicious I've ever had. Top service and I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for taking care us.
The proof of the exhange of email between the hotel and I. They couldn't care less. They proposed nothing to compensate ; or the proposition was just unacceptable.

I received your email, and as expected, I find it completely unacceptable.
We stay in nice hotels, paying exorbitant prices for nights expecting quality, service, and cleanliness. And in the end, we get none of that.
How is it that we ended up with a cockroach (duke) in my daughter's bedsheets? She found it because she tried to fix the bed, which was poorly made. Otherwise, she would have slept with a cockroach at her feet. Even the room cleaning hadn't been done properly. The cockroach climbed onto her arm and then slithered into the room. She screamed, cried, and trembled.
Around 12:30 a.m., you sent a manager from the maintenance department who, at 1:00 a.m., started looking for the cockroach in the room. He finally moved my children to another room at 1:30 a.m., as they were exhausted. They slept far from me, even though I specifically booked an adjoining room for such young children.
So you tell me there's nothing you can do except offer a 20% discount on the night's stay; that's simply unacceptable.
I will not negotiate, but I am giving you another opportunity to make me an offer commensurate with the seriousness of this situation before Friday evening. After that, I will share all our email exchanges, my review, on every platform—Hotel.com, Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor—with my wife, myself, and each of my children.

Our flight landed at 8 am and we at the Inbal by 10. Our rooms were ready for check in (we had requested early check in).
Hotel is low key 5 star luxury.
Pool was lovely and dinner at 02 restaurant was great.
We already have reservations for our next trip to Israel in the fall.

Good quality hotel with a nice staff. Amazing breakfast. Good location - walking distance from the old city, mamila etc
Very expensive though. But for Israel i guess not out of the norm.
