The best restaurant in London is launching an exclusive burger next month

Time Out London has announced that Zula x CamilleCamille, which they recently crowned the best restaurant in London for 2026, is venturing into the casual dining scene with an exclusive burger collaboration. Elliot Hashtroudi, the head chef of the Borough-based French restaurant, will team up with Zula Burger in Marylebone next month (July 2026) to launch a limited-edition offering. The special burger, named ‘The Eric Cantona Burger’, is inspired by Hashtroudi’s favorite homemade recipe. It features an Aubrey Allen beef patty, British blue cheese, homemade caramelised onion chutney, mayonnaise, and pickles, all served in Zula Burger’s signature homemade brioche buns. This collaboration marks a notable move for a top-tier restaurant into a more accessible culinary format, blending fine-dining expertise with a popular comfort food item.
