Despite his self-proclaimed misanthropic public image, Rashevsky has demonstrated keen business acumen through his previous ventures, which featured dishes like spaghetti. His latest project will focus on Austrian-style schnitzel, positioning itself in the high-end market with prices ranging significantly from 200 to 1,200 shekels (approximately $68 to $204) per dish.
