The mashed potato was too light, and a bit of butter and salt would have been a good addition. The mashed potato refill concept is a gimmick that does not work. Having to wait for someone pushing a cart to come around for a second serving is unnecessarily inconvenient. By the time the refill arrives, the mash is often cold. It was also overly watered down.
Mashed potato, also known as mash, is a potato dish prepared by mashing boiled or steamed potatoes. It is typically enhanced with milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and is commonly served as a side to meat or vegetables. Variations include roughly mashed 'smashed potatoes', as well as dehydrated instant and frozen versions.
