Chicken Tenders

Chicken fingers are a U.S. dish featuring strips of chicken meat. The primary cut used is the pectoralis minor muscle, also known as the tenderloin, which is located on either side of the breastbone. Alternatively, similarly sized pieces cut from the breast or processed chicken flesh can be used. The defining characteristic is that the chicken meat is breaded and then fried.
