Nachos topped with carne asada, cheese, and beans, though some customers have noted a small portion of meat.
Nachos are a Tex-Mex dish fundamentally composed of tortilla chips or totopos covered with cheese or chile con queso. While a basic version may simply feature chips and melted cheese, more elaborate preparations often include various toppings like meats, vegetables, and condiments. This dish was created in 1943 by Mexican restaurateur Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, from whom it takes its name.
