The food was very good and everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. However, the service did not meet expectations.
We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes before our server took our order, and approximately 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Only two waters were initially brought for our party, my water was forgotten until I asked again, and our bread refill did not arrive until we were already well into our meal.
I also showed the server a photo of how I expected the chicken to be served with my pasta. The dish arrived differently than expected, although it was still delicious.
The food quality was excellent, but the service and attention to detail need improvement. I hope this feedback is helpful.
I swear I did a review here before but, there's no review to add to. So here it is again since we go fairly frequently. This place never lets you down, always good food okay prices and some really good cheesecake, great selection of cheesecake also. Great atmosphere with a lighting ambiance that I just love. Servers are suuuuuper nice here also, never had anyone here be anything but super kind. Love it, we'll be back again and no more room for pics unfortunately.
So we went to Cheesecake Factory and I honestly forgot how good this place is. first thing reserve your table because walk-ins are a gamble and you do not want to risk it. learned that the hard way before lol okay but the bread. THE BREAD. they bring this basket with two kinds a soft white one and this dark wheat one with oats on it and I don’t know why but I always forget about the bread until it shows up and then I’m like oh yeah THIS is why we come here. with that butter?? we demolished it before our food even came and honestly no shame
we ordered so much stuff I don’t even know where to start. the crispy chicken with bow tie pasta was so comforting and filling, the asian style shrimp with rice and snap peas had this really nice sweet and sticky glaze to it, the flatbread with tomatoes and herbs was light and crispy and perfect for sharing, and the crispy chicken tacos with that green sauce looked almost too pretty to eat. almost.but honestly what got me was just how consistent everything was. like nothing was a miss. every single dish came out looking good AND tasting good which doesn’t always happen the service was just easy and relaxed. our server never made us feel rushed and was just really genuinely nice the whole time and then the cheesecake at the end. I mean. do I even need to say anything. you already know 😭🍰
First time going and I was not happy. There was a 90 minute wait then when we got seated and ordered it took so long for our food to come out. The food looked delicious but there was no taste too it at all. It was very bland. It was also too loud. You walk into this place you think elegance but oh my god it was extremely loud. I felt like we had to yell to talk to each other. The only thing that was delicious was the cheesecake. If I ever go back it would be for the cheesecake and nothing else.
Drove from Toledo to go here and was not happy with the experience. This is our 3rd time at this location. We did not have a reservation this time when we typically do but this was a last minute idea this time. The wait was over 3 hours and when we were finally seated it literally took about 30 mins to even get greeted by our server. Once greeted she said she'll be back for our drink order and didn't come back until another 30 minutes (not exaggerating). Finally got our drinks 20 mins after that then ordered our appetizers which they were out of fried cheese but we ended up getting fried Mac and cheese balls that came out 40 mins after that and was cold. We didn't even complain since we were practically starving at this point. The bread that came out (with the appetizer, not before) was hard as a hockey puck. We showed our server and she brought out more hard bread. Once we finally got our food it was cold and disgusting. Our server seemed annoyed that we said something about it but ultimately got it taken off of our bill. I ordered the chocolate cake and oreo cheesecake to go. I will add we seen our server catering to her other tables and constantly walking past ours. We are always nice and always leave nice tips (We both work in service). I feel like since we're African American and the other guests were not that may be why they got better service. Her other tables that got seated after us got their drinks and cood before us. We got there around 2 pm and didn't leave until after 8pm. Sucks since we had to drive back to Toledo. Not sure when or if we'll be back.
