First: A friend of mine proposed as he was here a couple of months back. We went there for some kind of fine dining, total bill was 160 for two. So, we tried some stuff, but bill could be easily double the amount.
We went there for late lunch and had a non crowded place for us. Staff was attentive, later on kept forgotten us a bit, but as our table was tucked away (we chose this, so no issues here).
We started with Mocktails (I had one with berries, really good) and then decided for both entries, main and later on postres.
My recommendation: Entries are hyper good. The ceviche is killing it, this one is really an experience. The truffle beef is also great, but can’t win against the ceviche. Still, the beef with its toppings is really a roller coaster of taste.
Hard to top, but afterward came the sticks - unfortunately not convincing, especially after that start. If you want to go for the experience, leave them out.
Next up, rolls. The spicy tuna ones were my absolute favorite - small spice kicking after a couple of seconds, accompanying the experience, but only after the rest has already involved. Wow. We also went with Black Cod Maki (recommended - really good).
For dessert, we rounded it up with the Matcha Cake. Also wow - no words needed but please, try it.
All in all: This was a proper food experience. Loved it and coming back for the ceviche, the spicy tuna and matcha cake.
