I came for a quick meal and somehow left with fries that disappeared faster than my life choices. The staff were friendly, the food was hot, and my burger actually looked like the picture... which feels like spotting a unicorn these days.
10/10. I told myself I'd only order one thing. McDonald's knew better. 🍟🍔
I had a similar experience with the same issue. I paid for my well loved mozzarella stick and didn’t receive them and then when I asked for them I did NOT get the response I hoped for. They ended up shutting the door in my face and refusing entry and not taking the appropriate response.
We went here with my nephew, it was really busy but managed to get the last table. The food was hot, fast and correct. The lady was really nice with my wee nephew, gave him some colouring stuff and cleared our table
We cane there at night from the airport. Service inside was unfortunately closed and we had to order via drive though, it was inconvenient for us as we wanted to go inside and we had just to order through our memory. We do not use any apps as we used to order always inside on the screen, view the menu and the to decide. But nevermind probably we were lucky it was opened at all. The service was good and quick, got all as ordered up to the standards. We ate on a car, there was plenty of space. Milkshakes were not available
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did I never receive my food, but the way I was treated by the staff was completely unacceptable. They told us we could go around again, then blocked us in with cones and basically trapped us there without any clear explanation. On top of that, they never even allowed us into the shop to sort the issue out properly.
Instead of helping resolve the situation, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they caused. Waiting for food that never arrived is already frustrating, but the disrespectful treatment made the whole experience far worse.
I expected basic customer service and common courtesy, but this place completely failed on both. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism or respect.
