This place has massively gone down hill under the new ownership in my honest opinion. Just now I purchased groceries and asked to bag it myself. The young male clerk said “I got it” and threw my avocados at the bottom of the bag very roughly UNDERNEATH a tub of salt, a jumbo jar of salsa, heavy cabbage amongst other things. On top of this, restrooms are closed, the produce is always soggy and damp and mushy, and the dairy section is sad and depleted. Prices have also noticeably gone up on favorites I used to frequently purchase here, and now many of the things I specifically shop here for are never in stock. I’ll sadly have to drive all the way down Florida to the other location.
Went back in to give them another chance as asked to by owners, and was double charged and over charged for a few items. Teen boy couldn’t care less, wasn’t apologetic, seemed annoyed that I wanted my own money back? BUT the manager who helped me was AMAZING! She was kind, professional, and extremely apologetic. She is a GEM and if this place had more of her, I’d frequent this location.
