Greggs

I’m not sure what to say. Gregg’s has been around for a long time, and it’s no surprise that the food isn’t always hot. People should be grateful that they have food to eat, especially when there are others who are worse off and have to make do with what they have. Maybe people should stop being so entitled and stop complaining about the food being hot. If you’re going to eat it anyway, why bother complaining? I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been to Gregg’s and the staff have had to tell customers repeatedly that they can’t reheat food. It’s not that hard to understand. The staff are doing the best they can with what they have, so please give them a break
