I took my kid to have some soft serve, but instead we ordered cheeseburger, fries and soft serve as well. The order was ready by turns out they put a regular fries instead of garlic fries and I asked the staff where I ordered garlic fries or regular fries, and staff member was very happy to replace them with correct order and they allowed us to keep our regular fries too. They are so friendly and polite. The food was so delicious and made very well. It was daytime and there weren’t not too many customers, but by the end of afternoon food, customers were coming in. The price was very decent. Next time I’ll bring entire family.
I liked this spot for spacious dining room and really nice kids menu. As for the food - all the burgers we ordered didn’t disappoint. I asked for the bbq sauce replacement in the Western bacon blue ring and it tasted really fun with a spicy mayo! Our daughter absolutely loved their sweet potato fries and the milk was a lovely addition to the kids meal. We enjoyed our dinner at Gotts on a rainy day without any event going on and it was really nice and relaxing outing.

Gott’s Roadside at Chase Center had a good reputation from Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, and Napa, so I figured the San Francisco location would deliver too, and it mostly did.
It was a busy night with Maroon 5 in town, and the line was ridiculous, but it moved faster than expected. About 10 minutes to order, 15 minutes for the food to arrive, and then about 4 minutes to inhale it.
Seating is basically long picnic benches and a free-for-all, but we managed to grab a spot. The regular cheeseburger was tasty and hit the spot; the chicken burger was just okay. My advice: don’t try to be healthy here. You’re at an arena, you’re hungry, and the burger is the move.

lively place to get food during a watch party. There was a decent line but it was relatively quick. About $50 for one double cheeseburger, one chili bowl and one Gruyère onion burger. The chili bowl had a cover of melted cheese. The chili was kind of warm, kind of hot, not that hot. The chili was decent, not the best, not the worst.
The double cheeseburger was also a decent burger. Nothing crazy. They had organic mustard, which was cool. The burger patties on the double cheeseburger were more medium well than medium rare.
The Gruyere burger was the best thing we ate. It was made perfectly, tasted very good, and if I went back I'd get more of that rather than the cheeseburger or the chili.
Overall, decent place, would come again, but didn't blow my mind.

Located just outside of the Chase arena, this is the best place to enjoy a pre-game meal! I noticed that this location serves a better selection of items than other Gott’s locations. Last year, they offered a Dungeness crab sandwich, which was amazing! The Asian chicken salad was tasty and an excellent value(big portions). I enjoyed the mushroom burger, which had a spicy mayo sauce. The artichoke two ways was a great surprise: deep fried and grilled with aioli sauce. Their crispy garlic fries were delicious!
