Really nice burekas, not too dry or to moist. Really easy, 26nis for a burekas (cheese, cheese spinach or potato mushroom). Have a sit a the counter and enjoy your food 1pc is enough but 2 would be better if you're really hungry 😉
A really bad burekas…. I was fooled by the reviews. First - small portion (= expansive for what you get) and the smallest amount of tomatoes resek I ever saw, enough for two bits but the worst part is that the “cheese” filling is terrible and doesn’t resemble a cheese.. not in texture and not taste, a grainy and sour mix of something. The dough was crispy, but that’s it. Order from another place of possible .
Growing up in Haifa, my dad used to take me to this old blue cart (down by the port) for some burekas. Fast forward 40 years (or more) We were looking for a good burekas place while in Israel and each time I Googled any burekas place Amikam showed up. (Even when I looked in the Arad)
While eating, the owner and I talked, and to my surprise he is talking about his business in Israel that started in a small burekas cart.
I almost cried, and my wife ordered another burekas to go... 😉😆😍
This place is awesome, food is amazing too!
