Was really excited to try this place and it was great! The bagels were really warm and soft, loved them and would definitely go back. The cacio e peppe cream cheese was too salty for my liking but the flavor was good, plain was tasty too. Highly recommend!

Simply put, they're fresh bagels (that are still hot) with cream cheese. Is it simple? Yes. Is that bad? Not at all! Sometimes less is more. And if you're craving a hot everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, these bagels will hit the spot. Again, nothing out of this world but very good and true to their word. 🥯

If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast (or lunch) spot, this bagel shop is it! The service is outstanding—everyone is friendly, fast, and genuinely seems to care about your experience. You’re greeted with smiles and a “welcome in” the moment you walk in, and your order comes out quickly every time. Although I do love when there is a 1-3 minute wait because I know I am gladly going to burn my fingers. The bagels are unbelievably fresh—hot out of the oven with that perfect crisp on the outside and soft, chewy center. You can actually taste how fresh they are. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back every morning. Great food, great people, and a consistently great experience.

I recently had the chance to visit pop-up bagel and it did not disappoint. The bagels were fresh out of the oven—warm, airy, and incredibly soft. The flavor was spot-on, with a perfect balance of chewy texture and subtle richness. What really took the experience to the next level, though, was the special grape jelly they served alongside. It had a unique, almost homemade quality to it that paired beautifully with the bagels. It’s a simple pleasure, but it’s hard to beat a warm, flavorful bagel with an amazing spread. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comforting, delicious treat!
