I ordered self-pickup in advance, I arrived ten minutes after picking up and the order was still not ready. The staff, who are based on children and lack care and service, said that it was being prepared, but after an hour of being there, it turns out that the kitchen did not receive the order at all and did not even know that there was an order of this type, so I waited about an hour and a half for it to be ready, I only ordered 2 burgers and that was it. The entire staff has time for laughter among themselves and for everything and they do not care that I sit and wait, go out for a cigarette and what not. Beyond that, they make orders out of order, meaning people who ordered pick-up and are already in the business will wait and those who have just arrived to sit in the business receive their order within a few minutes. As compensation, I received nuggets... really useful for me, my wife is pregnant and I received nuggets as a gift even though I waited an hour and a half. Because someone there has two left hands
