They have a pretty inconvenient seating system and had to wait around an hour to get seated and another hour to get our food (we did come during a busy time tho) but the burgers were delicious- loved the special sauce, cheese was melty, and the burger was a lot bigger than I thought! The sesame bun was also super soft which made it even better.
However the fries were just okay, kind of like in n out but thicker(?)
Vibes of the place is super cute tho, loved the outdoor seating and the cute fairy lights!
Went late on a Saturday and it was busy but found a table easily. Patio is really nice

Lovely’s has got to be one of the best burgers in the bay! We always go out of our way to enjoy the occasional cheat meal on the patio. There really isn’t a bad thing on the menu; though I will mention the Chillie Willie is my least favorite (despite being a fan of spicy foods) - something about the texture. Everything else is awesome: the drive thru and OG are my go-tos.
Service is always friendly, tho a little slow simply because they’re so busy.
Great beers and wines available.
Make sure to check their hours and go early! Space fills up and there’s almost always a line out the front on weekends.

I went there to try their burger, which is known as one of the best in San Francisco, and on a Thursday night the restaurant/bar is very busy, so make sure that you can arrive early to get a table. The service was OK and it took some time to get a spot even with a few tables available. The place itself is very nice and they have a patio in the back of the building, which is very nice for gathering with friends and having a beer or drink. The most important the food, was very good. They actually have a very good burger for reasonable prices, I thought the size was a little bit small so I recommend also ordering fries or something else. Overall, the place is very nice. It is good and I will definitely return there soon to have another burger and a beer!

Best smash burger I’ve ever had honestly and I’ve had my fair share. Also a really cute patio that elevates this place way, way above any regular joint. With beer and wine this place is a great destination meal even. Already a huge hit in the neighborhood it’ll be a city wide favorite once the word gets out and the lines will become even longer.
