We visited Bushman’s Restaurant at the Anantara Hotel several times during our two-week holiday, and every visit was exceptional. The food was consistently outstanding: top-quality meat, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The starters and desserts were equally delicious, and even the vegetarian Bolognese, which is often just an afterthought, was surprisingly refined and incredibly tasty.
The service was excellent every single time: attentive, warm, and highly professional. A heartfelt thank-you to Shiva and his team, who fulfilled all our wishes and made each visit truly special. We enjoyed every meal and always felt wonderfully taken care of.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Bushman’s and are already looking forward to our next stay!
The taste is there for sure. Service is not.
They promised a discount as we dined in their discount hours but we never got it. Waiters try and recommend dishes but ignore them and stick to your choices. Oldest trick in the book.
On the expensive side even tho the service and taxes are included in the price.

Really friendly staff, our waiter for the night Ravi was really helpful with our requests. The steaks were cooked really good. The kangaroo fillet was really tender and a pleasant experience. The tasting menu is worth the price. The kangaroo fillet was not halal and they were able to swap it with another steak with no problem.

Amazing place ! Food , service ! The best octopus I ever had. Everything we tried was so good.

Cocktail was also very nice.
The only issue , I think the restaurant is understaffed. You could see how waiters were running around. For this price you pay I guess they could hire more people.
Another thing is we had to wait for the bill cuz non of the personnel knew about our discount , and it took them some time to figure out the situation. And we just wanted to leave and pay at the checkout. But they didn’t allow us and made us wait another 5 minutes.
But otherwise no comments only gratitude to chefs and waiter making this dinner memorable 🙏
