Starting with the French Onion Soup Gratinée, it set a high bar with its deep, savory broth and perfectly melted cheese crust. The Chicken Liver was wonderfully rich and expertly prepared, a testament to classic technique. However, the true highlight might have been the Pasta with Morel Mushrooms—a dish that celebrated the earthy, unique flavor of the morels with perfectly cooked pasta. To finish, the Mille-feuille was a triumph of delicate, crisp layers and luscious cream, a flawless execution of a beloved French pastry. A truly memorable meal that lingered delightfully.

בן הרבע לארבע שלי ואני באנו לאכול את עוגת השוקולד המפורסמת עם הפצפוצים, כפי שהבטחתי לו. פתאום אני רואה בדלפק, שהתמזל מזלי ונותר לו מנגולד אחד אחרון מהבוקר. שזה המנה שעוד תיקרא על שמי מרוב שאני נאמנה אליה. אין על היחס האישי בפנינה פאי, שאומרים לי אנה את יכולה לשבת נגיש לך לשולחן. איזה תענוג להצליח להגיע לשם בשעה לא עמוסה ועוד לזכות במנגולד! בן הרבע לארבע זלל את העוגה בהתלהבות ולא הותיר פירור ;)
