And then came the קרואסון הפיסטוק, changing everything I thought I knew about pastries. Incredibly crispy on the outside, with delicate, golden layers that break gently, and a rich, creamy, aromatic, and flavorful pistachio filling. Every bite is a magical combination of textures and flavors – crispiness, softness, sweetness, and a delicate nuttiness. Undoubtedly, a perfect and unforgettable end to any meal.

If heaven were a dish, it would probably look like this. The cheese fries with bacon are simply a dream come true. Every bite is a true indulgence: crispy and juicy fries, covered in a layer of melted cheese and topped with crispy and salty bacon pieces. A winning and perfect combination that will make you want more and more. Simply a true delight!

So we popped over to eat at בורגר סטיישן in Rehovot and took two burgers – פילדלפיה and אמסטרדם 🍔The פילדלפיה was more delicate and balanced – truffle aioli and onion jam that add depth, smoked duck with a really good flavor, and fresh vegetables that bring order to every bite. Not heavy, but totally indulgent. The אמסטרדם went in a stronger direction – a surprising peanut sauce, crispy onion that gives crunch, and strips of smoked אסאדו with a meaty presence 🔥The dishes arrived quickly, the place is clean and tidy, and there's a good, pleasant atmosphere that's fun to sit in 🙂The staff is courteous, service-oriented, and with a smile. As a bonus, we received chili wings as a gift 🍗Juicy, spicy just right, and a fun addition to the meal. Bottom line – a kosher, tasty, pleasant place, and totally worth a visit. 👍

this bakery is one of the most well known in the city. their Berry and Cream Pastry is great, a bit heavy though. it is pretty pricy! butter is the answer to all of your problems.
